Long-term hair removal at the clinic is performed with one of the most advanced devices on the market. Its cooled applicator keeps the process comfortable and essentially pain-free, with impressive results from the very first session.
Retiring the Razor Ritual
Winter is over, and with it returns the familiar ritual of shaving - right before you borrow your partner's razor and shaving gel one more time.
If you have had enough of painful plucking, stubble, and messy creams, medical aesthetics offers several alternatives: laser, infrared light, and electrolysis - three techniques that work by permanently disabling the hair root. None of them can promise one hundred percent removal, and hormonal changes can occasionally reactivate follicles that were already dormant - yet these methods deliver the best results available today.
The DPC Method at the Clinic
The Inbar Clinic uses a DPC-based device incorporating IPL technology. A beam of light is absorbed by the pigment in the hair follicle, inhibiting its regrowth. The wavelength is calibrated to the pigment and to the contrast between hair colour and skin tone.
Who Is It Suited To?
The treatment works well over large areas. Ideal candidates have thick, dark hair, are free of hormonal conditions or illnesses that impair the skin's ability to heal (such as vitiligo or diabetes), and are not planning pregnancy or breastfeeding during the treatment period. The device does not work on white hair.
Treatment is structured as a series of sessions, continuing until the desired results are achieved.
